Eltherington Group is an established, family-run UK supplier of architectural aluminium and precision manufacturing solutions.

With more than 60 years of experience, we have grown from a small Hull fabrication business into a trusted partner for some of the UK’s most established names in building and leisure.

All under one roof

All operations are based at our purpose-built headquarters in Hull, East Yorkshire, bringing design, engineering and manufacturing together under one roof. Every product is produced in the UK from concept through to delivery, supported by a refurbished showroom and dedicated training facilities for staff and customers.

Designed with intent

In-house teams support projects from early-stage concepts through to detailed technical drawings, ensuring every solution is fully considered before production begins. Design, engineering and manufacturing work closely together to improve accuracy, performance and buildability at every stage.

Built to specification

Dedicated production lines support a wide range of aluminium fabrication processes, including cutting, forming, folding and assembly. From glazing systems and façades to caravan and leisure components, every project is manufactured with the same precision, consistency and attention to detail.

Quality at every stage

Rigorous checks are carried out throughout production to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, consistency and compliance. A range of finishing options allows systems and components to be tailored to both technical and aesthetic requirements.

Delivered on time

Deliveries are managed through a dedicated in-house transport team and fleet, giving greater control over timing, coordination and reliability. On-site storage and distribution facilities help ensure products arrive safely, efficiently and ready for installation across the UK.

Eltherington is accredited to internationally recognised standards across quality, environmental management and workplace safety, including ISO 9001 for consistent quality and traceability, ISO 14001 for environmental responsibility and efficient resource use, and ISO 45001 for maintaining a safe and well-managed working environment.

Independently tested

Our façade and rainscreen systems are tested in line with CWCT guidance, covering air permeability, water tightness, wind load resistance, and impact resistance.

Specification made simple

We support architects and contractors through NBS specification systems, improving accuracy and consistency at the design stage
